This week’s class started with us presenting our progress regarding last week’s assignments. Our main point of emphasis was about our user testing, and the first impressions on the current product’s visual aspects. Although the feedback was mostly positive, our lecturers made sure we understand that their expectations for our next user testing to be focused on the product’s value, and not only on it’s visuals.
As we moved on with our assignments, we were able to polish the product, while sticking to the comments from both our lecturers and the people we had interviewed last week.
having said that, the group continued with the next wave of user testing. we had multiple interviews with teachers, to get a different perspective, using the protocol that was built in-class. While that happened, we were also able to focus on the script, which will be featured in our final presentation’s product description video, introducing the product in a unique way, almost like in a gala event.
in the research department, we have finally moved on to the ‘Design’ chapter, which included all of our descision making process throughout the year, from our first concept, through multiple product variations and lastly, to the product we have today. We are using all of this year’s blogs to keep track of every idea, call, descision and pivot, to make sure that everything is on the record.
The next two weeks will lean heavily on finalizing the product. ensuring it is in its best form and value.
